About the Award

The Emirates Labour Market Award (EMLA) is an award endorsed by the UAE Cabinet and is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court.

The Award, which is organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE), aims to celebrate the efforts of leading private sector establishments, honor outstanding workers, and highlight successful practices across all economic sectors within the country’s labour market.
